People should feel free to be who they want to be! I don't think it's possible to force someone to believe something. It's just wrong. Imagine yourself back in third grade. There's always that one kid that starts some kind of "I'm not your friend anymore!" drama. Let's say the kid goes tell a teacher that
you no longer want to play with them. The teacher makes you reconcile and play with the child. Who wants to spend time with someone that doesn't want to be with them? Faith is sorta like that. If you force someone to have it, they won't cherish it for the great gift that it truly is.
I don't want to be all preachy. I don't want to tell you what you should be doing with your life, or how you should be living your life. I also don't want to make you feel like God has a special relationship with me that is higher than your relationship with him and is more important than your relationship with him. I thought hard about how I should post on this blog. I knew that I wanted to spread the good news of Jesus Christ in ways that teens like me could relate to. I have decided that I will write about my experiences with Christ and in turn help viewers to grow a deeper relationship with him. I'm not an expert, but I'm open to any questions that people have regarding my posts or if they just need advice. I hope that teens will feel better getting advice from someone their own age. I hope to post more frequently.
Write to you soon!
